Following the recent Public Accounts Committee session on the Civil Service Pension Scheme and its transfer to Capita, I have been receiving a lot of correspondence from people all over the Country who are experiencing issues. 

I can only take up cases for those in Sheffield South East and I would advise that people who are affected either contact their own MP (as there is complaints line for MPs Offices), their Trade Union or the Civil Service Pensioners 'Alliance (CSPA)

 The CSPA (Civil Service Pensioners’ Alliance) is a dedicated membership organisation for retired civil servants and those preparing to retire. CSPA is recognised by the Cabinet Office as stakeholders representing the interests of those receiving Civil Service pensions and offers members help and support with their Civil Service pensions.
